We are delighted to share that the recent compliance inspection went extremely well, with the home achieving an overall score of 96%. The inspection highlighted the dedication and compassion shown by the team each day, always ensuring that residents wellbeing, dignity, and individual needs remain at the heart of the care provided.
We also received some wonderful feedback from residents, families, friends, and healthcare professionals, which truly reflects the warm and supportive environment within the home.

“My husband is treated with compassion” and “He is always smiling, he smiles at the staff all the time.”
Representatives felt their relatives were safe within the home. Families shared that they were kept informed of any changes and that staff communicated with them regularly, helping them feel involved and reassured.
Inspectors also spoke with a visiting healthcare professional who described the staff as kind and caring. They commented that it was “the best home they visited” and said they would choose the service for a loved one if needed. They also praised the team for being responsive and always taking action based on advice given.
