Feedback is the cornerstone of service improvement. We welcome residents and their representatives to give us feedback on all aspects of our services so that there is a continuous enhancement in quality. Verbal and written feedback are encouraged.

Fees charged and what they cover
Fees vary according to the room and the level of care provided; they are reviewed regularly. If you are funded by the local authority we will agree a fee directly with them.
Fees are payable monthly in advance by standing order for long term residents, or for the full period in advance for short stays. All other personal costs will be paid by the home and a separate bill will be issued for these personal effects.
